A rough start to to a great day!
Andy started 3rd in the heat race and finished 7th after sustaining a flat in the first few laps so did not qualify. The consolation race was a 7th place start with a……… first place finish!
Andy moved on to the feature 50 lap Hard Clay Open event. Started in the 20th position. At lap 10 was in the 13th position and moving up. By lap 25 was running 7th and still moving. Lap 28 in 4th, Lap 29 in 3rd. In 2nd place by lap 41 and moved into the 1st position at lap 43 where he continued on for the 1st place win!🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁
Today was not an easy race and the competition was stiff. It is going to be an exciting season!
