Summary: Andy once again won his heat race which entered him into the redraw for the main event. He rolled off in the second row of the main event after redrawing the 3rd position. About half way through the race Andy was running down race leader Brett Hearn in what was looking like it was shaping up to be a heated battle for the win. However, Andy’s right rear tire started to fade and eventually blew apart on lap 46. He came in for a fresh RR tire and restarted 13th on the grid. When the checkers flew, he made it all the back up to the 4th position.
